Birdie 12  is a three bedroom end of terrace holiday home providing comfortable accommodation for up to six adults at La Sella in the hills of Denia.

The La Sella resort has an international tennis club and equestrian school and is just a short drive from the Marriott Hotel & Spa complex with its championship golf course designed by Jose Maria Olazabal.  

Denia is on the Northern Costa Blanca and is a one hour drive from Valencia (Manises) or Alicante (El Altet) airports.

Birdie 12,  Los Pinares, La Sella

An end of terrace townhouse with three bedrooms and two terraces (one roof terrace).  Lovely views of the mountains, golf course and sea from the terraces.

There is a communal swimming pool, air conditioning and warm air heating.

The house is a 5 min. drive to the tennis club.  Car hire is essential.

 The La Sella Tennis Club is situated in the hills of the La Sella urbanisation.

It boasts 6 international standard clay courts and 2 astro tennis courts.  Coaching is available in English from Luis Wyche, NTA master professional who teaches "the power system" to all playing levels.

There is a lovely restaurant, internet access, a supermarket and a chemist on site.

 
La Sella Golf

The La Sella urbanisation is a short drive from the 5* Marriott Golf Resort and Spa with its excellent restaurants and bars.

Handicap needed to play golf.  Driving range.
