Birdie 12 is a 3 bedroom end of terrace town house in
an idyllic setting only a fifteen minute drive from Denia, Oliva and
Javea beaches and a five minute drive to the centre of the La
Sella urbanisation with its international tennis club with restaurant,
chemist and office/internet facilities.
The house is fully equipped for a family holiday. There
is a communal swimming pool, a back garden and a small back
terrace with table and chairs. There are 6 sun loungers on
the roof terrace. There is
satellite TV and a DVD/CD player.
The three bedrooms situated on the first floor
will be prepared for your arrival by our representative in Denia.
The main bedroom has a
king-sized bed, the
second bedroom has two
single beds and the third bedroom has two single beds. There
is a double sofa bed in the lounge.
There is a bathroom with a shower bath upstairs and a downstairs shower room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all that is needed for a
family holiday. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen and washing machine in the utility.
There is an iron and ironing board.
There are tennis rackets and balls,
and beach
toys.
La Sella is situated in an area of outstanding beauty.
The back of the house looks towards the mountain of Montgo.
There are views towards the sea from both terraces.
